Position: Project Assistant
Location: Kathmandu (with frequent field visits)

Type: Part-time (One year, with possible extension)
LAHURNIP is seeking a qualified and motivated Project Assistant to support the implementation, monitoring, reporting, and documentation of projects focused on the rights of Indigenous Peoples in Nepal.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of higher secondary education (+2) or a Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience, particularly on Indigenous Peoples’ issues and rights.
- Sound knowledge of project management, monitoring and evaluation, and human rights documentation.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Nepali, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
