Lowenstein International Human Rights Clinic at Yale Law School has published report, 'DEFERRING ACCOUNTABILITY: DELAYS AT THE WORLD BANK’S INSPECTION PANEL'. The report has incorporated the Khimti-Dhalkebar Transmission Line case of Sindhuli, Nepal, where affected community members had submitted a complaint to the World Bank Inspection Panel in 2013 for non-compliance of Bank Safeguard Policy.
