Advocate Manoj Rai is from Dhankuta, Nepal. He has more than 10 years of experiences in field of development. He worked with human rights issues (youth development, indigenous peoples rights, promoting participatory democracy and good governance etc.).
He is quite familiar with participatory tools (PRA, ReFLECT) and transformational approach to social mobilization . He has sound knowledge on Monitoring and Evaluation as well. He holds MA in Anthropology and political science, also done Master in Public Admistration and LLM (Criminal Law and Commercial Law) from Nepal Law Campus.
